Intoduction
I am a lecturer turn HoD in a Teacher Training Institute. I am responsible to lead some 20 lecturers. They come from various educational backgrounds namely Technical, Home Science, Agricultural Science and Trade,Business and Entrepreneurship. At this rate we are working together with Canterbury Christchurch University UK in a collaborative programme producing and manning some 80 student teachers. They are majoring in Design and Technology. There is quite a number of student teachers doing other teaching academic disciplines like living Skills, Technical Drawing and Basic Civil Engineering.
